Avril Lavigne performs at the MuchMusic Video Awards

The singer performed her song “What the Hell” at the MuchMusic Video Awards. The performance was a reasonably interesting one and the crowds certainly had a soft spot for Avril Lavigne, but she’s apparently not much of a rock star on stage since she stood pretty much still. Her vocals sounded a bit off too, but the effort of not lip-synching is commendable… especially since it didn’t sound too bad. Certainly not the best performance of the night, but not too bad either… still, it wouldn’t hurt Avril Lavigne to loosen up a bit more next time around.
